Agreement for Weekly Report service
- Terms of Service
- Weekly report is the service that allows a user registered on the website www.ekool.eu (hereinafter – the User) of eKool AS (hereinafter – eKool) to receive Agreed Information for every school week from eKool (hereinafter – the Service).
- eKool provides the service upon the conditions indicated in the Weekly report service contract (hereinafter – the Contract) to the email address indicated and confirmed by the User in the service registration form (hereinafter – the Service-related email). Upon the prior approval of eKool the User has the right to change the email and the phone number related to the Service.
- Agreed information
- The content of the Service is provision of the User with the student-related information entered in eKool (grades, assignments, absences, tardy, remarks, assessments, etc.) for the past and future weeks by the end of each school week.
- The weekly report is sent to the User each week on Fridays from 17:00 to 19:00.
- Service fee
- The price of the service is published in the pricelist on eKool’s website. The price is added to the monthly bill for service-related phone number or is automatically deducted from the service-related conversation card of the User.
- The bill for the Service is issued to the User by the mobile operator that owns the service-related mobile phone number.
- The mobile operator of the User shall set the payment deadline, the fine for any late payments and the method of debt collection as it sees appropriate.
- The User is aware of the service fee.
- The User is aware of the obligation to perform regular payments for the Service.
- In case of cancellation of the Service no prepaid sums shall be refunded.
- Liability and safety
- The User agrees that eKool provides the Service via third parties (e.g. mobile operators).
- In the course of provision of the Service eKool has the right to separately process and store the phone number and the email address of the User that came into eKool’s possession in the process of provision of the Service.
- eKool shall forward the agreed information only with regard to the person in the role of the student, to whose data the school has provided access to the User.
- eKool shall not be responsible for any service restrictions imposed by the User’s mobile operator.
- eKool acts solely as a forwarder of the information about the students registered by the school and shall not be responsible for accuracy of such information.
- Changes to the Contract
- eKool has the right to unilaterally change the Contract, including the pricelist of the Service, having informed about such changes on eKool’s website at least in one calendar month in advance.
- Suspension and termination of provision of the Service
- The User has the right to terminate the Contract at any time. To terminate the Service the User shall fill in the service termination application on eKool’s website.
- eKool has the right to terminate the Contract, having informed the User at least in one calendar month in advance.
- eKool has the right to unilaterally and without prior notification of the User to terminate provision of the Service or refuse to provide the Service to a User who is unable to pay for the Service due to his/her current financial situation, the balance on the service-related conversation card, conditions of his/her mobile services contract or for any other reason. eKool shall not provide the Service where access to the Service is finished upon the User’s request or where the school has limited the User’s access to the student’s data.
- Validity of the Contract
- This contract comes into force from the moment the User activates the Services on eKool’s website.
- This contract is concluded without a fixed term.
